Nebraska Depletion Plan For the Platte River Recovery Implementation Program

This draft plan describes the actions Nebraska proposes to take to prevent or mitigate for new depletions to United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) target flows (target flows) to the extent those new depletions are caused by new and expanded uses of water, i.e. those begun or expanded on or after July 1, 1997.
